same song diffrent dance.
i need someone to be accountable to. when i did powerlifting i had to check in with coach benny. now even though he looks mean and ruff he's not. but the fact that i was accountable for working out to someone was motivation enough to get me going. this past year not so much. i didnt loose ANY of the 20lbs i gained with sophia. none, not a bit. and on top of everything i think i was always tired and stressed out. i want this year to be diffrent. So here is what i am asking. does anyone want to be the person i check in with and maybe give me a reward? like "jeni you lose x amount by y day and i'll buy you a new shirt." little things to keep me going. now you dont have to offer a reward, just support. thats all i ask. now i'll say my first goal is to weigh 155 by the second week of febuary. six weeks should be plenty of time to do that in. it's only 7 lbs! jump on board in supporting me and we'll see how this new year new me goes.

I'm game! Let's talk rewards tomorrow. Perhaps something nice to wear on the trip to Virginia in March?
You know you can be accountable to me. I can't promise rewards, but you know I'll support you. Six weeks to lose 7 lbs is very doable.
Hmph wished we lived closer so we could do it together. I can't wait to hear how things are going next week! I'm trying to jump on the bandwagon :)
good luck...how much weight do you want to lose by the time I get to LA in the summer? i can "reward" you with something fun :)
