Happy MLK Jr. Day (not really)
So tonight the Londonns are coming over and twice a month we're going to family home evening together. We'll see how long we can keep up with it but I am excited to start. Today was my day for food and Rachel's day for the lesson. I am making home-made red beans and rice and cornbread. For dessert we are having chocolate/red velvette cupcakes. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I have a new weight loss strategy. Last year I worried about what I ate and was stressed out from everything else I only lost 2lb the whole year. So this year instead of keeping track of weight I am going to keep eating healthy but not keep track of anything. I can not stress about it or it will never happen. I am going to set work out goals. This week my goal is to walk on the treadmill 10 minutes a day. next week will be fifteen, ect, ect. Before I know it i will have worked up to like 30 min!!!! So there is my goal. I want to be a size 10 before I see Jessie!!!!!!
