I think you should take sophia's dirty diapers and throw them in their yard. It's almost the same thing. We go round and round with our neighbors too.
that is freakin annoying! even more annoying is male dogs peeing all over the plants/landscape and killing them! ARGGH to dogs and crappy owners!
