TapouT XT

Trent and I have started a new workout program called Tapout XT.  It is a high intensity mixed martial arts workout!  We are into week three and are still loving it.  I am so excited to see our 90 day results!  I know in just two weeks I have lost 1 inch of my waist!  We are following their nutritional guide but doing mainly recipes I find that fit the criteria.  The girls have adjusted to this way of eating easily as well so I think for the most part we are all happy when the supper bell rings.  Tonight I am making shrimp and pea pasta.  I am not going to post any pictures or weigh in till the end of the program.  When we get the the end we plan on starting it all over again!
