in sickness and in health

Can you beleive that I bought this shirt at wal-mart for $.50!!!! i'll have to put it up or let her wear it with some leggings as a t-shirt dress. So on to today.  This morning while it was starting to snow I left the house with both girls seemingly well for a checkup.  In the snow I get their for the 9a.m. appointment  to find out that Dr. Asbahi wasnt coming in till 11.  A PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE,  So anyways I go to Rachels house and make them wake up so I can hang out until their appointment.  I go to the appointment and find out that Brooklyn is 41 inches tall and 41 lbs.  Perfect health.  Sophia on the other hand Has an ear infection so bad in her right ear that the Dr. said it was one of the WORST one he has ever seen!!!!  He has been practicing for 30 plus years.  So the top pictures need some explaining so everyone can see the severity of what is going on with my child WHO DOESN'T LOOK OR ACT SICK EXCEPT FOR NOT SLEEPING AT NIGHT.  So the dr explained it like this:  The ear is like a smooth oval.  Sophias ear has two huge infected mountains that are so swollen they are touching the other side.   So they are not going to just get better with meds, they are going to have to erorupt.  They are going to leak out everywhere.  Gross, I know.  But her ear is going to heal fine.  Dr. Asbahi wants to see sissy monday morning to check her ear.  Maybe we are going to do tubes FINALLY!!!!  We'll talk more about it on monday.  The kids are asleep and we are watching Couples Retreat and so far hilarious. Tommorow the mall and lunch with the kinchens fun stuff.  AND I GET TO SEE JESSIE MONDAY AFTERNOON.  I AM SO FREAKIN EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
