i am celebrating the end of bowflex week one. i have done their work out plan as they have directed (3 days for 30 min) and i have been counting calories and eating healthy. yes i am loosing weight the old fashioned way diet and exercise. thanks kristen for showing us the old fashioned way works! how much did i lose you ask? well last Wednesday i was 163. today at the beginning of week 2 i am 160.5. i know great huh? i can't wait to see what weight next wednesday brings.
