June
June 1st. Intermission at Wicked!
The girls picked some new shirts out!
I'm not sure what the mustaches had to do with primary but all the kids loved them!
Fathers day supper with daddy!
phase one of the patio (we almost have a roof on it)
June 15 we went to the coolest birthday party for Breckin and Colton. It was a Star Wars/ Duck Dynasty party. The kids camoflauged their own shirts, shot ducks, made home made duck calls, and many more activities. Rachel really went above and beyond. The girls are still talking about it!
Picking green beans on fathers day with Uncle Mike!
June 22nd Monsters U with the family!
June was a very interesting month. The girls went to VBS and had a blast. We have gone to the movies, out to eat, bummed around the house, and just tried to enjoy the HOT summer! Between work and home and church we have managed to stay BUSY. I find myself feeling overwhelmed at times but then remind myself I can only do what I can do. Trent and I are still going to the gym. I have set a goal for my 29th birthday and think I am going to ask one of my local friends to be my "accountable" person. I know part of my problem besides not eating enough, is not having someone to answer too. So I am going to have to start taking a lunch break and actually eat! Sounds crazy to have to eat more to loose weight but trust me some days I have a protein smoothie for breakfast and a cucumber for supper! I am excited for July and what it has in store. We are a busy family but I am trying to spend as much time with the girls as possible. I feel like they are growing up way to fast!

May in pictures
Bro. Leer wedding cake
We "forced" Sophia to eat at Rasing Canes. She was so upset!
Mother's Day at Beryl's
Brooklyn got her face painted at Trent's office crawfish boil!
Cavity free!
Happy Birthday Jess!
Mammy's cupboard
Brooklyn and her kindergarten teacher Mrs. Davenport
Sophia and Brooklyn at Sophia's school program!
There has been so much happen this month and not enough time to tell about it so I thought I would just post some of my favorite pictures. Between working 40 hours a week, keeping up the house, cooking, kids, Trent, and church there isn't much time to write on the blog. I'm going to try to do better about it!

May the fourth be with you
Since May 4th is Star Wars day and May 5 is Cinco de Mayo a friend and I saw the perfect opportunity to have a get together. We ate some really yummy mexican food (home made I might add) and then watched Star Wars episode 4. The force was string with this group. Next year will be bigger and better!

April in pictures
Even though I haven't had time to blog about it we DID celebrate Easter. Easter bunny came and went, a few weeks later I found a random egg in the bushes! Thankfully it was a plastic one with a quarter in it!
Caroline's birthday cake.
Everyone in the class got a chance to break boards in half (April 6). They got a try on their own then the teacher "helped" them.
(April 6) They got their Christmas presents from Caroline and Allie. They were thrilled to be getting them in April.

a new look!
During my off time with RBM (who by the way is back open and I am working again) I decided to redo our cabinets. I used this new product called "gel stain". It is so awesome. I love the way our kitchen and hall bath turned out! I need to do the master bath as well but not until I have another little break. I really feel like the darker cabinets fit mine and Trents personalities better. I would like t thank the missionaries,Joe, and Trent for helping!

Stay at Home Mom
The company I was working for closed it's door Wednesday morning. I am so sad, Brooklyn actually cried when I told her. I LOVED working there! It was a really great experience for me. I am now at home, catching up on cleaning and a small adjustment in the hall bath. That will come with, before and after pictures soon. I need to find something else that will work with the kids school schedule but so far I am at a loss. I will be helping the owner get thins cleaned up and a few things on ebay, etc. I am hoping to find something I can do from home. Please keep me in your prayers that I can find something that will work for me and the family.

Another ankle injury
Today I got a call from Brooklyn's school telling me she hurt herself and I needed to come and get her. I kept praying ti wasn't to bad since we don't have insurance right now. When I got their the school nurse was checking her out. Her ankle isn't sprained it's just bruised. What a relief!!!! She is milking it for all it's worth but keeps telling me she's okay to go to school tomorrow. It's slightly swollen so I wrapped it in my ace bandage and she seems to be fine. Lucky for her my ankle is starting to not hurt enough for me to not have to wear it! Like mother, like daughter I guess.
This weekend I finally got the storage cubes I have been wanting!
Trent got a job! Today was his first day (he's still at work), so I ave nothing to report yet. He is working at a place called CSRS on Perkins road. He will be doing the same kind of work he was doing at NTB. He seemed to like it when he was filling out paper work. He said they are definitely more professional there! Hopefully this can be a long term place for him and us. Instead of the typical 90 day wait for insurance it's only 30! Also he is so close to his dad's office he can eat lunch with him a couple of times a week. What was nice about this job was they weren't even advertising for it yet! A friend of his arranged the meeting and he was hired the next day! I will be going back to working 30 hours a week and hopefully not be so exhausted all the time!
