Sophia worked with me on Sunday and wore her dress with little complaint! Isn't she adorable? Sunday the kids sang in sacarement meeting. When brooklyn went to go up, so did Sophia. They both stood up and were very well behaved. It was so cute. Sophia wants to be in primary so bad!
Monday I went to Devins car lot to take some pics for him. When I came in I found him hard at work with Sophia asleep on his shoulder. Too cute!

cute outfits
Aren't these skirts adorable? Mrs. Murl got them for the girls. Brooklyn instantly loved it. She has worn it two or three times this week! Thanks for another cute outfit :)
Brooklyn made a "dress shop" with some blankets and one dress. I kept asking her for a dress in my size but to no avail. I left empty handed. She told me to look online!
I have always wanted to make a basic yoke smocked dress, so I did. I feel that after a certain size kids are just to big for a bishops smocked dress. This was so easy to smock but the instructions weren't very clear so I had to make up how to put it together. I think I did a pretty good job on it. I love the fabric too. It has little fairy tale characters on it. I think it is time for me to learn how to smock patterns. I'm trying to decided what to do for the girls christmas dresses! Hopefully Sophia will work with me sunday morning so I can I can get a pic of her in it.

hmmmmmmm
So Sophia is sick. She woke up with a fever and shakey and has slept almost all day.
I just got a letter in the mail from blur cross blue sheild telling me that if i wanted them to pay for my perscription then i needed my dr to write a script for a generic brand. They suck! I have a recheck with him next week so i'll ask him then. (I also have to go to the gyno soon. ugh)
I am also getting excited for saturdays Pioneer day Activity. I'll post pics later.

Have you ever seen anything more beautiful? WalMart has them. They are almost $8.00. I think they has four or five different options. My taste buds are jumping for joy.

The Dr
Today I had a Dr's appointment to get some blood work done. The girls came with me and were pretty well behaved so that was a plus. When the appointment started I told him what was going on. He asked me some basic questions on past and family health history. Then he asked me if I was at home with the kids all day and how I felt at home. I told him I am lonely. I told him I didn't really have many friends and it feels like people only call me when they needed something. After this conversation he gave me a self depression test that I had to answer questions to. Turns out I am just a little stressed out. He then asked me if I would like to be on meds for that! Um, NO I would not, thanks for asking. He did recommend that I did something I enjoyed once a week by myself. Thanks Doc for that. Then they took my blood and will test it for thyroid issues, diabeties, high chlorestrol, and two other things. He should have the results back tomorrow or friday. I'll let you know how they turn out.

An update
So lately I haven't been feeling 100%. Like lately as in the last two or three months. I sat down and made a list of what has been wrong: dull headaches, constipation, not being able to lose weight even though i have been dieting and working out like crazy, always tired even with 8-9 hours of sleep, and my hair is falling out, and a few other things you don't need to know. So I finally made a dr's appointment and am getting some blood work done in the morning. I requested to get my thyroids checked. Isn't life fun sometimes?

Sophia's at it again
This morning when I got out of the shower I asked Brooklyn where Sophia was. She responded "In the bathroom." I think oh great to myself and open the door to see this sight (pic above). Sophia had taken her diaper off and thrown it in the trash. She was patiently sitting on the potty waiting for something to happen. I told her when she was done to bring me a diaper so a few minutes later she did. The funniest part is when I was telling Trent on the phone Brooklyn said "I told her to go and sit on the potty!" I've got two very smart little girls.
This is the little outfit I had made a while back for Sophia. It is much cuter on then on the table.
I also decided this year to do little 4th of July buckets for some of our family. I picked up a few small things in a few different places. The buckets were from Target along with the pencils and flags. The boys also have some water guns and a marker. This morning i headed to Hobby Lobby to look at some stuff for the activity at the end of June. Instead I got Brooklyn a red, white, and blue bracelet and I was looking at baskets to bring some cookies to mommas house on Saturday. Sadly it wasn't a good enough sale, so no basket form there. On the way home I had to urge to go to dollar tree. I like to stop there every now and then. they have some cute stuff! Anyways I saw this basket and it's perfect! You never know what you are going to find. I am so excited to see everyone on Saturday!
