Pork chops are not a meat we eat in our house very often (maybe only like three or four times ever)!  Yesterday I wanted to make them and had no idea what to do except put them on the grill.  I was texting K. Fowler and asked her what to do (she always has all the answers).  She said her mom would cook them in the skillet with a can of cream of mushroom soup on top and some seasonings.  I cooked them just as she said and they were delicious!  The chops were nice and tender and the soup made a nice gravy to go on top of rice.  It was a simple meal with few ingredients, inexpensive and very very yummy!  We will be eating it again!
